Refund policy

Original art and greeting cards are non-refundable. Each original watercolor is a one-of-a-kind piece, hand-painted and sold as shown.

All other items may be returned at the purchaser's expense within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in resalable condition.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, reach out through our contact page with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue any approved refund to your original payment method.

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away and we will make it right at no cost to you.
